Marion County Father-Daughter Dance
Start here
If yours is one of these, you will get an answer faster by reading than by writing. If it is not, the form is below.
Ages, what is included, dinner, parking, what to wear, and what time to arrive. Ten questions we get every single year.
Event detailsAll six levels with what each includes, complimentary ticket counts, deadlines, and the application form.
SponsorshipHow bidding works, when it opens, and how a business donates a package to be auctioned.
AuctionGet in touch
Use the form, or email the committee directly — both land in the same place. Telling us which topic it is about gets it to the right person sooner.
By email
FatherDaughterDanceOcala@gmail.comWe read everything that comes in and will get back to you as soon as we can.
Please do not send card or payment details through this form. Ticket and sponsorship payments are handled separately.
Routing
A problem with a ticket you bought
Tickets are sold through an outside platform, so start with their order confirmation email — refunds and transfers are handled there. If that does not resolve it, write to us.
Adding dinner after you have already booked
Write to us. Dinner is capped, so it depends on what is left.
Dietary needs
Note them at checkout if you can. If you have already booked, send us a note and we will pass it to the kitchen.
Sponsorship, invoices, and artwork
Use the form and pick Sponsorship, or go straight to the sponsorship application.
Donating something to the auction
Pick Donating an auction package on the form. Packages need confirming before the end of December.
Volunteering
Pick Volunteering on the form and someone from the committee will come back with what is needed and when.
Anything about the venue itself
Ask us rather than the World Equestrian Center — they host hundreds of events and will not have our details.
On the night
The World Equestrian Center is a large site and the dance is in Expo 1 — follow the event signage rather than heading for the main entrance.
Dinner guests use the side entrance at Expo 1, which is signed on the night.
