Marion County Father-Daughter Dance
Six levels, from a single named night at the top to a name on the wall. Every level puts your business in front of Marion County families across both evenings — and keeps it there, in print and online, all season.
All levels open October 1
Why businesses partner
Sponsorship is what keeps ticket prices reachable and the room worth walking into. It covers the venue, the dinner service, the DJ, the photographers, and everything on the dessert tables. Without it, the night either costs families more or becomes less than it is.
Digital display at the dance across both evenings, sized to your level, in front of every family who walks in.
Your logo on this site and on the ticket purchase page from October, through the marketing push that runs to event night in February.
This is not a marketing event with a cause attached. It is a community event your business helped happen, and families remember it that way.
The levels
Six placings, the way they run in any Ocala show ring. Every level includes social media exposure and complimentary tickets.

Not a sponsorship level
These are separate from the levels above. A business can do one, the other, or both.
A dinner, a spa afternoon, a rental, a service — anything your business can put up. It goes into the online auction, which opens in January and closes a week before the dance.
Packages need to be confirmed before the end of December so there is time to photograph and list them.
Goods or services instead of a cheque — printing, flowers, equipment, transport, storage. If you are not sure whether what you have is useful, ask. It usually is.
Not every business wants recognition, and not every budget fits a level. Contributions of any size go straight into the event.
The process
Five steps, most of them ours.
Or tell us a number and we will tell you which level it lands in.
Online or on the PDF form from the packet, whichever is easier.
Vector if you have it (.svg, .eps, .ai), otherwise a large PNG with a transparent background. Artwork is needed by the print deadline to appear on printed material; digital placements can be added later.
Codes for your complimentary tickets go out on October 1, the same day tickets go on sale to everyone else.
Website and social placements start as soon as artwork is in. Display and in-room recognition happen across both evenings in February.
Sponsor questions
October 1. Every level opens on the same day as ticket sales, and your complimentary ticket codes are issued then too, so your guests can book at the same time as everyone else.
Levels stay open until they are taken or until the event, but the earlier you commit the more of the October-to-February marketing window your logo is in. Presenting is limited to one business. Anything going on printed material has to be in before the print deadline.
Vector art is best — .svg, .eps, or .ai. If you do not have it, send the largest PNG you have with a transparent background. We will come back to you if it will not hold up at display size.
Yes, and several businesses do. They are separate — sponsorship is a level with defined recognition; an auction package is a donated item that gets bid on. Doing both is welcome.
Please check with the committee for the organization’s current tax status before treating a sponsorship as a deductible contribution.
Use the form below or email the committee directly. Someone will come back to you with the levels still available and the deadlines that apply.
Get started
If you already know which level you want, the application is the fastest route. If you are weighing it up, send a note and someone will come back with what is still available.
