Sponsorship Application — Marion County Father-Daughter Dance

Marion County Father-Daughter Dance

Become a sponsor Application

Pick a level, tell us where to send the invoice, and send your logo. That is the whole process — everything after that is ours.

Takes
About five minutes
No payment now
You will be invoiced separately
Ticket codes
Issued October 1

Step one

Choose a level.

Every level includes social media exposure and complimentary tickets. Not sure which fits? Pick the nearest and say so in the notes — we will come back to you.

Donating an auction package instead? That is separate from sponsorship and does not need this form — a business can do either, or both. Use the auction page to offer a package.

Step two

Your details.

Everything marked optional can be left blank. We only need enough to invoice you and to get your recognition right.

Your business

This is the name that appears on signage, the website, and in social posts.

Gold and above are linked from the site.

Who we should talk to
Invoicing No payment is taken here

Do not enter card or bank details anywhere on this form. We will send an invoice once your application is confirmed, and payment is arranged separately.

Artwork and tickets

Email artwork to FatherDaughterDanceOcala@gmail.com. Vector is best (.svg, .eps, .ai); a large PNG with a transparent background also works. JPEG is accepted but will not look as sharp on signage.

Codes are issued October 1, the same day tickets go on sale.

After you submit

What happens next.

Four things, and only one of them is yours.

  1. 01

    We confirm the level

Someone comes back to you to check the level is still available and that we have understood what you are offering.

  2. 02

    You are invoiced

An invoice goes to the billing address you gave us. Nothing is charged before that.

  3. 03

    You send artwork

Email your logo when you can. Anything appearing on printed material has to be in before the print deadline; digital placements can be added later.

  4. 04

    Your recognition starts

Website and social placements begin as soon as artwork is in. Ticket codes are issued October 1. In-room recognition happens across both February evenings.

Prefer paper?

The PDF form works too.

The sponsor packet has the same information and a form you can print, fill in, and email back. Some businesses find it easier to route through their accounts department that way.

Tax
Contributions are tax deductible.
Deadline
Levels stay open until they are taken. The earlier you commit, the more of the October-to-February window your logo is in.
